JoomPulse launches an agentic Chrome extension for Mercado Livre sellers

The JoomPulse Chrome extension now works with JoomAI, Joom Group's AI agent. A seller can go from a Mercado Livre product page to an AI agent in one click. The extension recently passed 20,000 installs.

What sellers can do from a product page

• Turn on monitoring of sales, prices, competitors, catalogue position or a seller in one click. The first analysis arrives in WhatsApp, then weekly.
• Ask JoomAI to diagnose a listing or a seller, or to explain price dynamics. JoomAI opens in the Chrome side panel with the product context already loaded.
• See category data in a new widget right on the product page.

Free users can run up to 3 monitors, paid plans up to 50.

How it works

The extension passes the product the seller is viewing to JoomAI, so the agent starts from that listing. Monitors run on their own and send their analysis to WhatsApp. From the message, the seller returns to JoomAI inside JoomPulse to see the details.
